The top priority at Smitty’s GameLAB is the safety and well being of our guests and employees.  To this end, we want to share the steps we are taking to provide our loyal customers and staff with a safe environment in the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Online Reservation of Bowling Lanes

Smitty’s GameLAB is encouraging customers to reserve their bowling lanes online. Our system is programmed to automatically block off lanes so social distancing can be maintained. There will be times blocked off after each use to allow for proper cleaning and sanitation before the next customer's use.

Contactless Pay

We have installed touchless pay in our GameLAB. You will now have the option to pay for your meal at your table and the bar touchlessly using your phone. GameLAB is free Wi-Fi equipped to facilitate this.


All areas in our GameLAB are set for proper  safe distancing.

Bowling Balls

Our bowling balls will be dispensed with shoes at the front counter to ensure they are properly cleaned and sanitized between each customer use.


We are limiting the arcades available in order to ensure distancing is maintained.

Wipes and gloves are available for use while gaming


Chairs and booths will be closed off around parties in order to maintain social distancing.

Steps we're taking everyday

Increased Training
All of our employees are trained on proper sanitation and wellness procedures 
Regular Health Checks
All employees receive daily health and temperature checks before they can start their shift
All of Smitty's managers are ServeSafe or EMCC COVID-19 Readiness Certified. Staff is trained
PPE Required
All Employees are required to wear masks and gloves & do frequent hand washing 
Sanitation Stations
Sanitation stations are placed in lobby and  throughout our facility and are available for guest use
Safe Food Practices
Additional food handling protocols have been instituted to ensure safe food preparation and delivery

What we ask from our guests

Face Covering Required
In accordance with state guidance and for the safety of our staff, we ask that all guests wear masks except when eating or drinking
Exhibiting Symptoms?
If you are exhibiting any of the COVID symptoms like fever, cough or sore throat, we ask you visit us another day. Refunds on tickets will be issued to anyone unable to attend

Additional Steps

• Plexiglass screens have been installed in the concession area
• Single serve packets have replaced our dispensers 
• Disposable menus will be available
• Managers will monitor arcade, bowling and common spaces to ensure distancing and health procedures
• All common use items are sanitized after every use
• Maximum occupancy restricted for GameLAB and facility based on state guidance
• Frequently touched areas like railings and door handles will be sanitized every 30 minutes
• All kitchen areas sanitized every 30 minutes and after each use.
• All areas of GameLAB thoroughly cleaned and disinfected
• Arcade wipe dispensers are available for any guest who wishes to re-clean their game before or after use.
